In July of 2022, ARCO Construction celebrated the 30th anniversary of its founding in 1992. In observance of this milestone, ARCO hosted a series of celebratory events to share with its associates and customers the achievements of the last 30 years while looking forward to continued growth and future opportunity. This included commemorations at each of ARCO’s 31 locations nationwide, as well as the opportunity to ‘give back’ to a worthy cause or organization.
“Giving back is not a choice… giving back is our responsibility,” said Dick Arnoldy, ARCO’s cofounder. “At ARCO, actions are more powerful than words and our associates and customers alike embrace unique opportunities to give back.”
Jeff Cook, cofounder concurred. “Serving others and giving back is part of the very fabric that ARCO is made up of. We are pleased to use this milestone opportunity to draw from our core values—which haven’t changed a single word in the last 30 years. We believe it is the right thing to do.”
Associates embraced ARCO’s giving spirit and raised nearly $70,000 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital-$58,101.00, and other 501c3 organizations of choice-$10,925.00.
In addition to being known as the design-build experts, ARCO is recognized for supporting numerous worthy causes and organizations in the communities it serves locally, nationally, and around the world. This includes St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, MicroFinancing Partners in Africa, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Susan G. Komen, and many other worthy causes. In addition, the company donates a percentage of its profits each year to a variety of nonprofits and charity organizations
