To Our ARCO Family & Valued Clients,
We know that the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to be top of mind for many of you – just as it is for all of us here at ARCO. With the health and safety of our associates, families, clients, vendors, and communities prioritized, we want to share with you our plans for the continuation of our business operations.
Here’s what we are doing:
- We are allowing for ARCO offices to remain open, but also are transitioning to extended telework (remote) arrangements, as needed.
- ARCO associates are required to cancel and refrain from booking non-essential travel, including conferences, tradeshows, and non-essential jobsite visits.
- Our jobsites will adhere to any applicable community-specific requirements, as well as implementing the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, such as prohibiting meetings of large groups, reinforcing personal hygiene and sending people home if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
- Our Project Management and Leadership Teams will be in close contact with our jobsite Superintendents to provide additional on-site support.
We have no plans at this time to suspend operations. However, delays may occur at our jobsites due to community containment efforts. We will work to keep you informed in the event we experience delays related to supply chain disruptions of material and equipment and lack of sufficient workforce due to COVID-19. Also, we will work to keep you updated regarding anyone quarantined on our job sites due to possible COVID-19 symptoms, and if any impacts from COVID-19 are adversely impacting our ability to perform work on your specific project.
Our Risk Management Committee in collaboration with ARCO Leadership, will closely monitor this situation closely and take guidance from the CDC and local authorities. Be assured we will take all necessary steps to keep people safe and maintain forward progress in business operations. As always, contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
